Bharat is a family man with a wife and young son. Like all A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspectors Bharat has studied the home inspection course and passed the exams which would gain him his licence as a home inspector in the USA or Canada.
There are no exams or training requirements to be a house inspector in New Zealand. The course is run by an independent academic establishment based in the USA.
Bharat has also passed the membership examination to become a member of InterNACHI – The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
He has lived in the Waikato for more than 10 years and enjoys playing cricket and cooking for the family.
