He adheres to the InterNACHI standards and the New Zealand standard of residential property inspection. The combination makes his inspection thoroughly superior. Quality Differences

Rafael aims to inspect with the best and efficient method possible. For leakage detection, he uses a state of the art infrared camera, complete with moisture meters, room-by-room. For roof inspections, he uses a pole camera system to inspect safely without damaging the roof and eliminating the risk of falling.

If the property has a high roof, he will operate a drone. Under the floor, if the crawlspace is tight or unsafe, he would use a specialised robot to inspect the foundation and plumbing conditions to inspect thoroughly. He spends deliberate hours inspecting each property.
